Your right most products from the store are going to have the harmful things you listed above. I took a look at your pic and saw the type of irritation I use to see on my face. It got to a point that everything I used would make it become even worse. I decided to switch over to all organic products. I get all my products from Mountain Rose. Things that have worked best for me are: the lemon cleaner, facial scrub, french green mask, and restorative oil.
Things that work well are tea tree oil and yes Calendua is wonderful!
A mix of good quality aloe(no additvies-and as close to pure as can be) and coconut oil
emu and neem oil mix (neem does stink-Really bad) but it is wonderful

It sounds to me like your body is starting to rid itself of toxins and part of it is showing up on your face. Though eczema can be pretty bad, yours doesn't look as flaky, red and patchy as I was expecting to see. Has your dermatologist ruled out acne in any form?
My son has pretty bad eczema and we do have a prescription for a gentle steroid (is that an oxymoron?) that does work when it gets out of control. But we usually try to steer clear of it when we can by using CB Calendula cream as well as Weleda brand that we find at Whole Foods. It does a pretty good job or keeping him from drying out which seems to be his biggest problem. The itch drives him crazy.
One day we decided to try something else just to see if it might make a difference and found that Proactive actually worked really well on his skin. I cannot remember what the main ingredients are right now but I guess I wasn't really too concerned once we discovered that it worked and it was not a steroid. Knowing I can use it everyday on his body and face was a huge relief.
I don't know if any of this is helpful to you but I wish you lots of luck and hope that you find some peace soon for your face.
Lots of luck.

My only advise is to go completly dairy free. I know that the test was negative, but my cousin had this type of thing from dairy. They got rid of all of the dairy in her diet, down to special bread and pasta, and it didn't go away. Turns out there was a milk product in her shampoo and lotion. Once they got everything dairy free she has been rash free for over a year. I don't know all of the dairy terms but I know there are like 10. Some medications have dairy too. This is my only suggestion. If it doesn't work then maybe try going completely free of wheat, then try soy, ect. Sorry I can't be more of a help. I hope it works for you.

I read the whole thing. I don't know anything about eczema but I find it weird that you normally poop twice a week.
I poop once or twice a day /:
Sorry I couldn't help you.

sipmly put- My daughter had the exact same thing I put pure shea butter on it and it went away within two weeks. Shea butter is good for a variety of skin problems including acne and offers excellent results. I highly recommend trying Shea Butter first. Also you could try making a toner out of Apple Cider Vinegar and water mixed 50/50. Just apply to your face twice daily after you wash. The smell will evaporate quickly and it has healing and moisturizing bennefits. You can also try honey. Apply at night like you would face cream and let sit over night rinse in the am.
