My Baby Keeps Knocking A Floor Lamp Over. Is There A Product That Can Hold It To The Wall?

go down and get some velcro strips at the hardware store and apply them to the base of the lamp and the floor. They will keep the lamp fixed to the floor if you use enough of them. When you are through this phase, you can scrape the sticky velcro off the floor.
it should not damage the floor and you can remove any residue with acetone and finish up with a cleaner for your specific floor, be it wood, or tile.
if it is wood, be extra careful to not use too much acetone and instead use finger nail polish remover.
however, that is a year down the line. for now, just velcro it.
